RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the northerly line of Case Road,North 76 degrees 58 minutes 20
seconds West a distance of 125 feet to land now or formerly of O'Neill;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land North 13 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 230.40
feet to the southerly line of land of the North Fork Country Club;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land South 89 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 128.15
feet to land now or formerly of Hearn;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land and land now or formerly of Stiles, South 13 degrees 01 minutes 40
