Lanza, AICP, Planning Director Date: July 8, 2025 Re: Planning Department Report AT&T Upgrades at Junge 21855 Country Road, Cutchogue SCTM#1000-96.-1-19.1 The Planning Department has conducted a review of the proposed modifications pursuant to §280-74 B(2), and has received a report from our Wireless Technical Consultant, Cityscape, Inc. (see attached report dated June 27, 2025). The proposed AT&T equipment upgrade is in compliance with the General Requirements of§280-70. The proposed equipment upgrade will not result in any visible changes to the exterior, as it involves removing and replacing antennas and related components, with all feedlines routed internally through the shaft of the concealed monopole. In addition, replacements of ground equipment will be contained within the existing fenced compound on the concrete pad. Therefore, we recommend a Building Permit be issued for this application as soon as possible to meet the Federal shot clock for approvals of wireless facilities.
