s 1. This PV system has been designed to meet all current and applicable fire
prevention setback pathways per 2020 NYS Residential Code. Proper ground
clearance,roof access points,access pathways and ventilation systems shall be
provided where necessary. An in depth description of each applicable code
reference and exception for any codes is depicted on the PV-1 plate of this
drawing package.
2. Roof shall have no more than a single layer of roof covering in addition to the
solar equipment.
3. Installation of solar equipment shall be flush-mounted,parallel to and no more
than 6-inches above the surface of the roof.
