Our company represents Stephanie and Richard Perl, owner of the property situated at 2880 Minnehaha
Blvd,Southold.
We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of
Appeals to request a variance for the following relief:
- Less than the code required minimum front yard setback of 40 ft
- More than the code permitted maximum lot coverage of 20%
A public zoom hearing will be held on Thursday,August 7`h 2025 at 10:30 A.M. Details on how to tune in
and make comments during the meeting can be found on the Southold Town website in the agenda
center.
Please see the attached letter we received from the Zoning Board of Appeals providing further
