The following is the removals scope list for the above address, minus replacements indicated in the
drawings.We'd like to pull the demo permit:
- remove all gypsum wallboard and trim
remove all insulation
- remove duct and mechanical systems
- remove plumbing and fixtures
- remove electrical systems and fixtures
- remove wood flooring and the
- remove siding at southeast corner of house where damaged
- remove windows and doors J
- remove framing and sheathing at breakfast nook and bathroom extension where damaged (included in
certificate of occupancy Z-6000)
- remove deck flooring and framing where damaged at deck(included in certificate of occupancy Z-
20175)
- remove other fire and smoke-damaged finishes and materials
