This letter is to inform you of a public hearing for your neighbors at 4955 Moores Ln.
Cutchogue,NY 11935. You are receiving this notice because your property is adjacent to
the property in question.
The purpose of the hearing is to apply for Southold Town Trustees approval to construct
a sunroom on property adjacent to trustee jurisdiction wetlands. The proposed sunroom
will be built over an existing brick patio. The proposed construction will not encroach on
any existing wetlands and will not increase the existing lot coverage.
