To Whom It May Concern:
This letter certifies that changes were made to the submitted permit plans. The
original plans on record show 2x8 ceiling joists over the kitchen area. These 2x8 ceiling
joists were to be sistered up with 71/4"LVL's as shown on the permitted plans. Once the
ceiling was opened up it was found that the existing ceiling joists were actually 2x12
Douglas fir so these existing 2x12 ceiling joists were sistered up with an additional 2x12.
This change from 71/4"LVL to 2x12 is ac eptable. Those Any questions feel free to
