The inspection covered the insulation for the alterations to the existing residential structure. The areas inspected included the first floor and garage of the existing house. The framing work included exterior and interior walls, floors and roof. The inspection results are: The inspection results are: 1 —Walls—provided by prime contractor. The existing insulation was maintained in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes for alterations. Insulation was added to fill all exposed cavities. 2—Ceiling/Roof—provided by prime contractor. Full depth, closed cell spray Insulation provided. Insulation provided rated as R-49.
