Correct, no swimming pool, will adjust the written description chart, (probably a cut and paste error). Yes, there is will be more dirt excavated from the site than necessary for the septic system installation as such the balance will be removed from the site and disposed of at an upland site. The pier line will be added to the site plan and provided to you next week. In this particular situation, it's not necessary applicaplble given the orientation of the neighboring lots, this was noted in the preliminary site inspection by the Board on their note page. However I will have it noted on the plan and provide it for the Boards review. I will submit the revised documents early next week. Thank you and have a great weekend. Assuming you are not currently applying for a pool/spa please have all notations regarding a pool removed from your description letter/chart. I do not quite understand your written comments regarding fill "±556 cubic yards of excavation and 513 cubic yards of fill for the project. Excess fill will be removed from the site." Are you saying that only 513cy is needed from the 556cy and the difference will be removed off site? It's just a little confusing so I need to ask. The pier line and neighboring houses are not depicted on the site plan which is required. Please update the site plan and submit it as soon as possible. Once I get a response regarding the couple of items in the written project description, I can move forward with completing the noticing. Revised plans need to be submitted as soon as possible or by Monday, July 7th. The project includes the construction of a new single family residence (two story) with attached garage, workshop and utility room, attached covered porch (rear), covered front porch, patio on grade, installation of an I/A septic system and on-site dry wells. The project will also include the a/c equipment, generator and outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen area. Approx. 556 cubic yards of excavation and 513 cubic yards of fill for the project, the excess fill will be removed from the site. All work will be completed landward of a silt fence and project limiting fence. All proposed construction activities will be located on the bulkheaded property with no work associated with the bulkhead. The property contains an existing 10' wide non- turf vegetated buffer along the landward side of the existing bulkhead. The project will include the removal of at least 1 tree which is growing over the existing septic system. The project will include the replacement of the tree(s) to be removed at a 1 to 1 ratio with native hardwood trees at a 3" caliper size. The existing site conditions include the previously cleared property with a 4' wide by 30' long wood deck area on the landward side of the bulkhead as per the attached plans. The proposed structures will maintain or be located farther away from the bulkhead than the existing structures as depicted on the following comparison setback table. The nearest point of the existing residence is 52.6' and the proposed covered patio will be constructed at 52.6'. All other aspects of the project show retreat for the structures. The relocation of the I/A septic system from the seaward side of the residence to the landward side of the residence and conversion to the I/A system is a significant mitigation measure for the overall project. No swimming pool or spa are proposed as part of the project. The project will require ZBA approval for the proposed GFA.
