There are antennas mounted at the top of the tower that raise the overall height to o The tower is located at 21855 Country Road 48, Cutchogue, New York, see Figure 1. Support Structure & Equipment Currently, the Applicant has six (6)panel antennasand three (3) TMAsat theninety (90) foot level, seeAppendix, Exhibit A. It is proposed to add three (3)antennas and three (3)dual mount RRUs, seeAppendix, Exhibit B. One (1) new hybrid fiber cable will be added to the existing six (6) coaxial single (1) hybrid fiber cable. Structural Analysis The Applicant submitted a structural analysis, prepared by Black & Veatch, dated July5, 2019and based on ANSI/EIA/TIA-222-H, Category C and Class IIstandards. The report indicates Town of Southold / SCTM#1000-96-1-19 T-Mobile / Cutchogue Page 2 that with the upgrades, the tower will be loaded to 87% (105% maximum) while the foundation will be 92.9% (110% maximum), see Appendix, Exhibit C. FCC Compliance The Applicant provided documentation in a previous application it would comply with the exposure level requirements and would not cause interference to other sources. Wireless applications, other than new support structures are governed under the Middle- Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 (Tax Relief Act) and shall be afforded streamlined processing with a qualified application. A qualified application under the Tax Relief Act cannot increase in size of the ground compound, or tower structural changes increasing the height or girth by ten percent (10%) or twenty (20) feet, whichever is greater. Since the Applicant will not be increasing the height or girth of tower, nor the compound, this application is qualified for streamlined processing under the Tax Relief Act and CityScape recommends its approval.
