Project Description: Replace in-kind/in-place existing 628 sq.ft. wood pool deck with
composite decking; replace existing 3'-4" walkway and 4' steps; construct 2'-8" x 3' deck
extension with 1'-8" steps.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
site plan prepared by BKH Architect, received on May 27, 2025, and stamped
approved on June 11, 2025.
Special Conditions: None.
Inspections: Final Inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
