in order to approve the conveyance of the subject property to the parties of the second

It is intended that this conveyance is to transfer an undivided one-third interest in the
hereinbefore described property owned by said Joseph Fusaro, as Tenant-in-Common
with Richard J. Principe and Angelo P. Curto, Deceased.
TOGETHER with all,right,title and interest, if any,of the parte of the first part m and to any streets
and
