SAWICKI ~ T N U T E S SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 20, 1984 A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was held on ~hursdaY, Se£tember 20,~ 1984 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Sout~old, New York. Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman; Charles Grigonis, Member; Robert J. DQ.uglass~. Member; Qpseph H. Sawicki, Member. Absent was Serge Doyen_ (Fishers Island). The Chairman opened the meeting at 7:05 p.m. PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR OCTOBER 11, 1984: On motion by Mr. Douglass, seconded by Mr. Goehring~r, it was RESOLVED, that the following matters be and hereby are scheduled for public hearings to be held at the next Regular Meeting of this Board, to wit: Thursday, October l!, 1984, commencing at 7:30 p.m. to be held at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, Appeal No. 3271 Schellenbach & Rojas; Appeal No. 3289 - James Preston; Appeal No. 3242 Henry Domaleski; Appeal No. 3264 Patricia Lollot; Appeal No. 3251 Renate Riedel-W. Smith; Appeal No. 3281 - Edward L. He~rrmann; Appeal No. 3270 Dr. B.H, Pillai; and it is FURTHER RESDLVED, that the Secretary is authorized and directed to publish notice of these hearings in the local and official news- Southold Town. Board of Appeals -2- September 20, 1984 Special Meeting papers of the Town. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Goehringer, Doyen, Grigonis, Douglass and Sawicki. This resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of all the members. PUBLIC'HEARINGS FOR OCTOBER 25, 1984: tt mas ~he~consensus of the board that a second'Re--6-~-~Tar Meeting would be held during the Month of October, however, the number of hearings was not determined at this time.~ Yhe~Chairman is to arran_ge to meet with the Town Board concerning additional help in order to double up on the meetings and hearings necessary to ~mo~ess the abundance of files now ready for public hearings. Being there was no other business properly coming before the board at this time, motion was made by Mr. Goehringer, seconded by Mr. Sawicki, and unanimously carried, to adjourn. Meeting adjourned.
