ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of
East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lot
Nos. 11 and 12 on a certain map entitled, "Stars Manor", and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on September 191h, 1963 as Map No. 3864, said Lots being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Stars
Road and the northerly side of Willow Drive;

RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Willow Drive, South 66 degrees 42
minutes 09 seconds West, 169.22 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 23 degrees 59 minutes 01 seconds West, 239.02 feet to
a point;
THENCE North 66 degrees 42 minutes 09 seconds East, 172.08 feet to the
westerly side of Stars Road;
THENCE South 23 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds East, 239.00 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way over the extension and then westerly of Stars
