hereinafter designated as the GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the Grantee,
does hereby grant, convey, and release unto the Grantee, and assigns forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New
York,commonly described as 825 Latham Lane,Orient Point,NY 11957 and more particularly
described in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof(the "Premises").
BEING the same premises conveyed to the Grantor by deed recorded in Liber D00012931 at
Page 597 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
TOGETHER with all right, title,and interest, if any, of the Grantor in and to the streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Grantor in and to said
premises;
To HAVE ANDTO HOLD the Premises herein granted unto the Grantee, the Y. Andre Revocable
Living Trust, and assigns forever.
AND the Grantor covenants as follows,relating to the fee simple title as of the date of this deed:
1. That the Grantor is seized of the said Premises in fee simple, and has good right
to convey same.
2. That the Grantee shall quietly enjoy the said Premises.
3. That the said Premises are free from encumbrances, except as stated herein.
4. That the Grantor will execute or procure any further necessary assurance of the
title to said Premises.
