The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson; Justices Clark and Demarest; Superinten de~-6f Highways Price, Tow~ Attorney Terry and Town Clerk B~oth. The Booting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervis?r Klipp; Councilman Albertson; Justices Tuthill~ Clark and DemareSt; Superintendent of Highways P~ice, Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth. That the Superintendent of Highways be and he hereby is authorized to purchase from the municipal machinery Company, of .Coram~ L.I., one half yard P.M. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill: RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Highways be and he hereby is authorized to advertise for and purchase from the lowest bidder four ($) lO.O0 x 25 Low Pressure Heavy Duty 8-ply rating ErOund grip builder tires and tubes or equal. Fitzpatrick be and the same is hereby approved as to its form ~ manner of execution and sufficiency of sureties therein. Marshall be and the smme is hereby approved as to its form, manner of execution, and sufficiency of surety therein.
