MEETING 0F~JANUARY 10~ 1956. The Organization meeting ~nd the regular monthly audit meeting of the Boar~.was held~a~-the 6~fice of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at GreenPorti'0n. Tuesday, January 10, 1956. The meeting was called to order at l:~O P.M. with the following present. Supervisor Klipp; Justices Tuthill, Clark and Demarest; Superintendent of Highways Price and Town Attorney Terry and Town C~erk Booth. The Board sat at once as a committee on audit to examine claims against the Town concluding the audit work at 2 o'clock P.M. Moved by. Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill: RES0LVE~.
