The Southold TowmBoard met at the office of SuperVisor Norman
E.- Klipp at Greenport, on Tuesday, May 10, 1955. The meeting
Was called to order at 1:30 P.M. With the followir~ present:
Supervmsor Klipp, Justices Tuthill, Albertson, Calrk and Demur-
est; Town Attorney Terry and Tow~Clerk Booth.

Fred Marcell appeared before the Town Board relative to the
increasing Juv~nile Delinquency in Suffolk . He requested
the Board to Consider forming a Police in
Southold Town. Such arrangement would meet wi1 approval
Board would consent to holding such activities in the school
buildings.
A letter was received from Stagey 'Corwin~ Esq the
awarding Of the contract to Jack Levin for the of ~he
