Klipp at Greenport~ . on Monday~ APril 25, 19%5.~ The meeting was called to order at 7.30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Klipp; JustidesTuthill, Albertson~ Clark and Demarest; Tow~Attormey Terry and Town Clerk Booth. The purpose of this meeting was to study the-bids submitted for the operation of the Southold Town Beach and the concession stand thereon. After a careful study and a lengthy discussion on the size and type and amount' of equipment~ that will be furnished, numbers-of per~'~nnel that will be in attendance and what services they will. render for the convenience of the public for the operation or the Town Beach a~. the concession stand thereon~ the following resolution wes'~ offered ~y Justice Tuthii1;~ Secofided bY' justice Clar~ .~ ~ RESOLVED. That~ ~aCkLeVin ~be and he herebY is awarded ithe bid~ for the o~eration of~the SoUthold· Town Beach and~hecencessionmStand thereon~ The Town Board feels that his ~bid is to, the best interests ~ef t~e Town of Southold and the inhabitants thereof. Vote of Town Bo~rd: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; J~stices Tmthill~ Albertson and Clark. Justice Demarest not voting. RESOLVED: That Chief of Police Otto L. Anrig be :instructed to make an in~e~tory.of uniforms !~n the Police ~Departme~t and ascertain what ~niferms the constaDles are in need of ~nd see that they have adequate u~ifo~ms to wear at all times. .
