The meeting was called to Order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present~ Supervisor Klipp; Justices Tuthill~ Atbertson~ Clark and Demarest; ~uperintendent of High- ways Price~ To~u~ Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth. Moved by Justice Clark~ seconded by Justice Albertson: RESOLVED: That the minutes of the previous meeting be and hereby are duly approved as read. Mo~d by Justice Albertson~ seconded by Justice Demarest: RESOLVED: That the regular monthly audit meeting of this Board will~'~meet at the office of Supervs~sor Norman E~ Klip~ at Green- port, on Tuesday~ January ll~ 19~ at 1:30 P.M. Moved by ~Justice Clark$ seconded by Justice Albertson: RESOLVED:~ That the Police Report for the nonth of December be accepted by the Town Board and placed on file. The Supervisor read a letter from Mrs. Eloise Bowden requesting fonr weeks vacation through the month of February. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Albertson: RESOLVED: That the Town Board does hereby grant ~s. Eloise Bowden fou~ weeks vacation as requested~ starting as of February l, 19~ through February 14th with pay and a leave of absence be granted Mrs. Bowden from February l~ through February 28 without pay. Harvey versus Town Of Southold~ etal. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss with Frank McBride the storm damage done at the Towa Dump during the hurricanes this past summer.
