Adopt as "Town Policy" the Exit Survey Form to be completed by employees immediately prior to the end of their Town employment. 638. Authorize modification to the Marine 2001 budget to cover insufficient funds for gasoline. 639. Appoint Edward Carboni, Jr. and Bruce Millar to the position of part-time deckhands for the Fishers Island Ferry District. 640.
