to the south of premises being conveyed is ever Yenegotiated,
consideration will be given to ,granting the party of the second part

conveyed herein.
The premises conveyed by this deed is subject to the rights
and privileges of Leon Milowski , Jr. and Lois 1. Milowski , the
owners of the premises adjacent on the north, their heirs , successors
and assigns, to use the party wall on portions of the northerly line
of the property described herein as a party wall pursuant to a deed
dated August 3 , 1981 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on August 17, 1981 in Liber 9054 Page 69 .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to
the party;of the first part by deed dated September 8, 1972 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office on September 13, 1972
in Liber 7240 Page;419.
