AT FISP~RS ISL~2~D A Spe~iai MeetinK of the Southold Town Board of Aopea!s was held on We~nesday~ August ~2~ 1981 at 1:15 p.m. at the Fish, rs Island Schooi~ Fishers Island~ New York 06390. Present were: Serge Doyen, Jr. ~ Robert J~ Doug!ass~ Gerard P~ Goehringero Absent were: Charles Grigonis~ Jr.~ Cnazrman~ Joseph Sawicki o The meeting was called to order at t:!5 o'clock p.m~ (approx.). Member Goeb~inger suggested the following budget recommendations for fiscal year 1982: $~500.00 for eachZoning Board of Appeals member ~6,000.00 for the Chairm~n of the Zoning Board of Appeals $ 500.00 merit raise for secretary~ ZBA 15.00 per inspection made by ZBA ~3~000~00 in additional attorney's fees for a~amtmonal legal COUlqS el ~ Member Goehringer also suggested that there be a minimum of twenty (20) inspections at $!Sfor Town Law 280 A requirements He specified ~ ~' these should be made by Board of Appeals members or the To~ua Engineer~ There was discussion and, agreement ~mong the three Board members. Southold Marine Center (Morris)~ Appeal #2863. The Board discussed scheduling this application for a public hearing and it was their con~ sensus that the appeal not be scheduled at this time pending the decision of the Building Inspector as to whether or not he would be amending his disapproval ~ud requiring the applic~at to file an additional appeal~ Southo!d Totem Bo~.-d of Appeals August 12~ 1981 (Mr, Emsne_ was going to consult with the Town Attorney regarding his proposed amendment to the disapproval.) Joseph Czartosieski, Appeal No~ 2867, 2868, 2869. The Board reviewed the three appeals of Joseph Czartosieski and the Board of Appeals believes that before it may entertain this application for a change in use, additional information is needed concerning the limit of available area for outside storage of the oars proposed for sales~ and that tha applicant be referred to the Planning Board for the appropriate off-street parking requirements in these matters~ Being there was no other business to come before the Board, the meeting was declared closed at 1:35 otciock p.m~ (approx.).
