A discussion followed. In my own review of the draft code update,as a member of the Zoning Update Advisory Committee and ZBA Chairperson, I found four prior ZBA code interpretations, dating back to 2002,that had been addressed/codified: second story non-conformity requiring a"pyramid/sky plane"regulation; multiple uses and lot area in B and HB Zones;application of the bulk schedule on split zoned properties; permission to establish a"caretakes/employee dwelling unit"on commercial properties.
