SCTM No. 1000-14-2-3., to expire August 24, 2026. e) Resolution — To grant an Extension to #7361 SE, Paul Reinckens, 1065 Hummel Avenue, Southold, NY. SCTM No. 1000-63-2-26. To expire June 25, 2026. This is the third and final extension. f) Resolution—To grant an Extension to#7626, James Maye, 910 Fleetwood Road, Cutchogue, NY. SCTM No. 1000-103-10-29.1. 1) for Condition #7, to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy from the Building Department for the "as-built" improvements; and 2) for extension of the June 16, 2022 variance that has expired. Both extensions to expire on June 16, 2026.
