RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby grants permission to Peconic
Land Trust, to hold Special Event 2025-17 at Krupski Farms, 38030 NY-25, Peconic,New York
as applied for in application PLT 1 a for 'Though Farms and Fields 2025' on Sunday, August 3rd,
2025 from 4PM-8PM. All parking must be contained on site. Provided they adhere to all
conditions on the application and permit and to the Town of Southold Policy for Special Events.
This permit is subject to revocation if the applicant fails to comply with any of the conditions of
the approval or is unable to properly control traffic flow into and out of the event.

Annual Boy Scout Car Show
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby grants permission to Boy
Scout Troop 6 to hold its Annual Car Show, setting up Friday, August 29th, 2025 at 5 PM. The
event will be held on Saturday, August 30th, 2025 from 7 AM to 5 PM and will be taken down
on Sunday, August 31st, 2025 by 5 PM. The event will be held at the Peconic Lane Community
Center, Peconic Lane, Peconic,provided they file with the Town Clerk a Two Million Dollar
Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Southold as an additional insured and comply with
all the provisions of the Town's Special Permit Policy. All fees associated with this approval
shall be waived, with the exception of the clean-up deposit.

Mattituck Chamber of Commerce to hold its Annual Mattituck Street Fair and to close down Old
Sound Avenue between Love Lane and Westphalia, Mattituck on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 from
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM provided they comply with all the conditions of the Town's Policy for
Special Events on Town Properties. All fees, with the exception of the clean-up deposit, shall be

reads as follows:
WHEREAS, the Fishers Island Ferry District has identified the need for expanded oversight and
coordination of terminal operations and;
WHEREAS, employee 437626 has demonstrated the skills, experience, and commitment
necessary to assume increased responsibilities within the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that effective June 12, 2025, employee 437626 shall
be promoted to an hourly rate of$33.70.

Resolution Number 2025-049 of the Fishers Island Ferry District, adopted June 3, 2025, which

WHEREAS the Ferry District requires additional Deckhands (FIFD);
Therefore, it is RESOLVED to appoint, with effect June 12, 2025, Andrew Nicholas as a part-
time Deckhand(FIFD) at a rate of$17.00 per hour.
It is further RESOLVED to temporarily appoint with effect June 13, 2025 Mr. Nicholas from
part-time to full-time summer seasonal status. On September 15, 2025, Mr. Nicholas will
terminate his summer seasonal position (FIFD) and return to part-time status.

between the County of Suffolk Office for the Aging and the Town of Southold, for the period
January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, with an option, to be exercised at the County's
discretion, to June 30, 2026, on the same terms and conditions herein; to provide the elderly in
need with the required labor for minor repairs and renovation assistance to remediate or upgrade
substandard, unsuitable or unsafe housing, including, but not limited to handicapped accessible
and crime prevention modifications, as identified in Contract IFMS No. 00000015541; 001-
6777/JKD1-4980-95285, with service levels as indicated, with a maximum reimbursement to the
Contractor from the County not to exceed $29,135.00, at no cost to the Town, subject to the
approval of the Town Attorney.
