Can you pass this information on to John Jarski Asst Chief Building Inspector
Attached please find three files relating to points 1,2,3 on your inspection yellow form. It represents
pictures of the ramp I use for my sister in law who has MS. I set it up on the driveway side and will
most likely set it up in the future on the other side as we plan on putting in a pool so she will need
direct access. This my wife Cheryl reminded me about. Note: We have a permit for that future
project. In addition I attached a file of the specs on the windows and doors that you asked for. I
believe the information is what you were looking for. Point 4 You agreed to remove as it relates to an
outlet and lights that were already there when we purchased the house. They were not added, only
updated.
As for point 1, the architect Timothy Klesse who assists us with the deck drawings mentioned to me
that he was never asked to provide a letter and the attachment should work. If the issue is not having
visibility I can meet you to take the lattice off in the areas to view the deck structure detail. This we
will have to coordinate. If the letter is necessary I will have to pay 250.00 for the letter to be written.
