Where gypsum wallboard surfaces were removed in the course of construction at localized areas on perimeter walls the cells between studs were completely filled with batt fiberglass insulation(R-13)in accordance with R503.1.1.2.These areas are around the window replacement in the kitchen,in the two bathrooms where wallboard was removed,and where the interior partition was relocated between the master bathroom and the walk-in closet. Replacement of the kitchen window is included in the scope of work of the original filing documents.The installed window is an Andersen 400-series tilt-wash double hung(U=0.30,SHGC=0.31)and in conformance with energy code.The window is sealed(caulked) and taped at its perimeter.
