The last 3 pages of the fax are copies of your contract/agreement for the system. Please note that according to our records,you are PAID IN FULL.There are no outstanding invoices for any up-charges. 4. Regarding the incorrect mailing address on the building permit, that actually was the fault of the building department. On our permit application, it only asks for the project address—we had never filled out a mailing address. Regardless,we will be speaking with the building department tomorrow(they are closed for the holiday today)to ask them to correct that. 5. Lastly, regarding the Home Depot$500 card—you have two options: one is to receive a$500 credit on your Home Depot credit card; the other is to have a$500 gift card mailed to you.
