Good morning,
The Trustees office received your revised survey and construction plans. Please be advised that this application is still
incomplete. Tthe required dimensions for the as-built deck, patio and gravel areas were not added to the survey. Also,
the surveys are not to scale so they cannot be used. Please have the survey revised to show the dimensions of each and
submit two certified/stamped to-scale surveys in order for this application to be placed onto the next available meeting
agenda.

Eileen,
Regarding the application referenced above it is being pulled from the September agenda. On September 16th Trustee
Glenn Goldsmith inspected the property and found that there is also an as-built on-grade patio off of the deck. On-
grade patios within Trustee jurisdiction require a permit from this office. The Board is requesting you revise your site
plan and survey to depict all structures&dimensions on the property and submit a revised written project description
and two sets of plans and updated surveys in order to put this application back on the agenda as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Hello Elizabeth,
In reference to a letter dated Sept. 17,enclosed as requested, please find a fresh survey,2 sets of plans requesting
legalization of the existing deck, several interior upgrades and new windows. My previous package had old surveys
which indicated how long the deck existed.
If you need anything further, please let me know
Happy holiday, speak soon,
Thank you for your time,

It was determined by the Building Dept that the existing deck, was built 6'larger than permitted. The old survey
dated 1987 shows the deck the same size as the new survey dated 5/1/2024. The previous owner added the paver
patio.The paver patio is 330 sq.ft.the adjacent gravel pad is 144 sq.ft.

LOCAL WATERFRONT REVITALIZATION PROGRAM
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
MEMORANDUM
To: Glenn Goldsmith, President
Town of Southold Board of Trustees
From: Mark Terry, AICP
LWRP Coordinator
Date: September 12, 2022
Re: Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coastal'Consistency Review for ANTHONY STALTER
SCTM# 1000-114-6-15
Eileen Wingate, on behalf of ANTHONY STALTER, requests an Administrative Permit for an as-built
20' x 10' deck. Located: 970 Village Lane, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-114-6-15
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of
Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this
department, as well as the records available to me, it is my determination that the proposed action is
INCONSISTENT with the below listed LWRP policies and therefore is INCONSISTENT with the LWRP:
Policy 6. Protect and restore the quality and function of the Town of Southold ecosystems
6.3 Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands.
The as-built was constructed without a Wetlands Permit and board review.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed actions.
