If a satisfactory contracm cannot be negotiated, the system in that area will not be rebuilt.---Supervisor Pell stated that Southotd Town residents have bee~ put off far to long for the system to be rebuilt at a time just before the franchise is up for renewal. Also, Councilman Nickles had arranged a meeting a few days prior, .with the owner's of-the 7-Eleven Store to be located in Sbuthold, the Southland Corp., and residents of the area. Mrs. Albertson and Mr. Stone were advised that the building permit has been issued, and they have site plan approval-from the Planning Board, at which point they insisted the Town Board exert their authority (which ~s not permitted) and withdraw the permits and let the 7-Eleven owners sue the Town.
