the County Clerk of Suffolk County on January 29, 1985 at 2:35 P.M., under File Number 7844.
Said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Central Drive distant 481.52 feet Westerly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the Southerly side of Kenney's Road with the Easterly side of
