Our company represents Daniel Marra/9450 Main Bayview LLC,owner of the property situated at 9450
Main Bayview Rd,Southold, NY.
We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of
Appeals to request a variance for the following relief:
- Located less than the code required minimum front yard setback of 50 feet
A public zoom hearing will be held on Thursday June 5th, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. Details on how.to tune in
and make comments during the meeting can be found on the Southold Town website in the agenda
center.
Please see the attached letter we received from the Zoning Board of Appeals providing further

Chapter 280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following "IN PERSON" public hearing will be
held by the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main
Road, Southold, New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY, JUNE 5, 2025:
The public may ALSO have access to view, listen and make-comment during the PUBLIC
HEARING as it is happening via ZOOM WEBINAR. There will be a link to the Zoom Webinar

from Article XXIII, Section 280-124 and the Building Inspector's November 22, 2024 Notice
of Disapproval based on an application for a permit to construct a new single-family
