HVAC piping conveying fluids above 105 °F or chilled fluids below 55 °F must be insulated to the
levels in Table 2.

1. Conversion of garage to living space (recreation room).
2. Steel beam (w12x30) to replace original microllams and additional lally columns
to support steel beam.
