Vote of the To~ Board: Ayes-Supervisor K!ipp~ Justices Tuthi!l~ A!bertson~ Clark ~ Demaresto A communication was received from Henry Witiiams~ Principal of the Southold High Schoo!~ stating they have a traffic problem in front of the school at dismissal time as cars park on both sides of the street. They would appreciate it if the Town Board would limit' the parking to the west side of Oak La~m Avenue in front of the school between 2:4g P.M, and 3:~ P.M. The Superintendent of Highways was instructed to purchase two 'No Parking' signs and install them on Oak Lawn A._enue in front ~f the school. Moved by Justice Demarest~ seconded by Justice Clark: RESOLUTION OF TOWN BOARD ADOPTING ANNUAL ~UDu~T WITHOUT AMENDi~NT WHEREAS~ The Town Beard of the Town of Southoid has met at the time and place specified in the notice of public hearing on the preliminary budget and heard all persons desiring to ~e heard thereon; now~ therefore~ be it RESOLVED: That the To~m Board of the Town of Southold does hereby adopt such preliminary budget as originally compiled~ as the annual budget of this Town for the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January~ 19[[~ and that such budget as so adopted be entered in detail in the min- utes of the proceedings of this Town Board~ amd be itfurther RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk of the To~ of Southold shall prepare and certify~ in duplicate~ copies of said annual budget as adopted by the Town Board of the Town of So~thold~ together with the estimates~ if any~ adooted pursuant to Section 202-a~ subd. ,2~ of the Town Law ~nd deliver one copy thereof to the Supervisor ~e~ this Town to be presented by him to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Suffolk.
