To: The Town of Southold Building Department May 14, 2025 re: PROPOSED NEW HOME THE LICUL RESIDENCE 725 NORTH SEA DRIVE SOUTHOLD, NEW YORK Case #8008 To whom it may concern, This letter is being written to request a new Denial Letter from the Building Department. The following changes have been made to the Proposed Drawings which are different from the Previously Submitted Drawings and Denial: 1. The Revised Drawings reflect the Proposed Residence conforming with the 40' required front yard setback so that a front yard setback Variance is no longer Required as it was on the Prior Application and Drawings. 2. The Proposed Lot Coverage has been reduced from the previously submitted 28.3% to the now requested 25.26%. 3. The Proposed Gross Floor Area has been reduced from the previously submitted 3,390 square feet to the now requested 2,850.5 square feet. 4. Based on the Revised Drawings a Height Variance is Required for the Proposed Home. The Height of the Proposed Home has not changed from the previously submitted drawings, however the Height Variance was not listed on the Previous Denial Letter. The Proposed Height of the flat roof Home is 30'-9" above existing grade where 25' is Required. Please let me know if you have any questions.
