THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK.
TO THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF SoUTHOLD:

Suffolk County, New York, the undersigned, am the owner of certain real property situated at
Narc- St & Village ~ane, Or~e~ and more particularlybounded and described asfollows:
Beginning at appoint formed by thc intersectionof the easterly line of
Bay Ave ( now Village Lane) with the southerly line of ~avy St; running thence e
easterly along the Southoe~ty line of Navy St one hundred twenty nine (129) ft
more or less to lands of Stevenson; Thence along the westerly line of lands last
mentioned one Hundred forty two (142) feet more or le~s to lands of Harris one
hundred eighteen (lld)~ more or less to the easterly line of Bay Ave (now
Village Lane); thence northerly along the easterly line of Bay Ave one hundreA
thirty five (135) feet more or less to the point or place of beginning.
2. I do hereby petition the Town Board of the Town of Southold to change, modify and amend
the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, includincj the
Building Zone Maps heretofore made a part thereof, as follows: ]~ thainging
Agricultural and residential to "M" multiple residence district.
3. Such requestis made forthe ~llowingreason$: This property has been a two
family residence for many years~ where boarders have been taken
as a regulam item. I wish to improve the two existing apartments
and convert the extra rooms used by the boarders to another
apartment.
One of the existing apartments would be used by my parents
and I would use the converted apartment upstairs, and rent the other
improved existing apartment in the downstairs.
