PRICE, JR., ESQ.: On behalf o£ Mrs. Schafer, the applicant, I wish to withdraw it on the grounds that there has been a question of title , including the description contained in the petition, raised. The dispute would have been raised here tonight. We fully intend to file the application again with a description of the property when the disputed matter is settled.
