with regard to the re~dations pertaining to such buildings."
The site plan indicates side yard setbaek~ of 7'£eet:' The proposed alteration is not permitted pursuant
to Axticle XXV[ Section 100-244 which states that confonrdng R40 lots, measuring less than 20,000
sq. ft. require a minimum side yard setback of 10'feet·
