Subject: Parsons - Fishers Island
Hi Glenn,
We are in receipt of the application for a Wetland and Coastal Erosion Permit for Parsons on Fishers Island. Since they
are two single and separate lots, with two separate owner names, they will have to be broken up into two separate
applications(and therefore an additional$2,500). Also, upon review,I don't see J. Geddes Parsons name listed as owner
of either parcel in the Town records. Lot 2.2 is under the name"Kathryn M. Parsons Trust"and 3.1 is"Anything For The
Children,LLC"(see the survey section of the plans you submitted with the application). We'll need articles of
incorporation or other proof that Mr. or Mrs.Parsons are able to sign for/represent the property.
Nonetheless,we will have Eric do a site inspection when he visits Fishers Island on Saturday so that it doesn't get delayed
for that reason.
