Nelsen, for a change of zone on certain real property situated at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of Middle Road, with the easterly line of Moores Lane, from said point of beginning running along said southerly line of Middle Road, three courses: (1) N. 66° 09' 10" E.- 96.61 feet; thence (2) N. 69° 02' 10" E.-985.10 feet; thence (3) N. 71° 28' 20" E.-312.64 feet; thence S. 16° 01' 50" E.-600.0 feet; thence S. 69° 20' 30" W.-1381.31 feet to said easterly line of Moores Lane; thence along said easterly line, N. 17° 15' 00" W.-600.0 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 19.303 acres. It is hereby RESOLVED that the Planning Board favorably recommend to the Town Board the change of zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B-2" Business District on the property of Martin C. Nelson as described above. Report to Southold Town Board The Planning Board has had conference with the attorney for Mr. Nelsen and with his engineer. The Planning Board feels that they have some very promising plans for this property and we feel that it will be a very real asset to the Town of Southold. This is a most promision location and tae plans for the area, attached hereto, provide an excellent community project and include desirable parking facilities and traffic patterns.
