Authorize changes to fees charged for woodchips and compost produced from brush and yard waste at the Solid Waste Management District. Grant permission to Sgt. Ginas, Det. Grathwohl, Det. Conway, and PO Hudock to attend dive rescue training, hosted by the Orient Fire Department through Dive Rescue International, Inc. July 23-25, 2004. Establish the rate of pay for part-time Adult Day Care Supervisor at $17.20/hour. Promote Andrew Lutkowski to the position of Maintenance Mechanic III. Set 9:00 a.m., August 10, 2004, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on the proposed acquisition under the New York Eminent Domain Procedure Law of a 75' wide strip along the length of the southerly portion of the Richard W.
