Transfer of Wetland Permit#10-1-89-70-4-3 from Robert Fairlie to Robert &Jennifer
Place, as issued on December 22, 1989; atid:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Towntoard of Trustees APPROVES
the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#10-1-89-70-4-3 to include the
existing three (3) +/-12"diameter tie-off piles, and as depicted on the project plan
prepared by Robert&Jennifer Place, received on January 24, 2014 and stamp
approved February 19, 2014.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

The application referenced above is postponed as it is incomplete.
• The existing dock cannot remain undisturbed when removing/building a new bulkhead, part of it will have to be
removed. There is an old Wetland Permit#10-1-89-70-4-3 that needs to be transferred into the new owners
names ASAP so that the Board can be sure that the structure matches the permit and so the dock'can be
reconnected to the new bulkhead.
• The new bulkhead will no longer be 80'given the launching ramp. Please revise the plans and project
description to depict each section of bulkhead and return proposed lengths.
• A detailed plan needs to be added to be added to the plan with details of how/what material it is to be
constructed out of.
