This p~rcel is adjacent to a county highway and the applicati~n must also be approved by the County ~lan~uing commission. They will also require a m,ets a~d bo~nds demcription ~nd map. Will you kindly forward two copie~ of the meets and bounds description and another m~p of the property properly si~ned by an engineer liccnc~d in ~e~ ~ork ~t~e as ~oon as possible so that ~e may ~t ~his application in for processing ? Oliver & Lura K. Oliver in connection with Middle Road, C.R. 27, and Middle Road Extension, C.R. 27A. In accordance with the policy established by former County Superintendents Tuthill and Cass, a 50 foot strip to the north of the present right of way line should be kept open for future widening. Rt. 27A, Mattituck Upon advice of counsel, your application for a change of zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B" Business District, north si~e County Route 27A, Mattituck, is being held up pending your submitting a metes and bounds description of the entire parcel with courses and distances, together with either a deed from Suffolk County showing a purchase of the parcel lying between your property line and the north line of Middle Road (County Route 27A) and/or some written agreement from Suffolk County giving your use and access through said parcel. Upon further advice of counsel this application with aforementioned metes and bounds description including courses and distances will have to be submitted to the County Planning Con~mission subject to their rules and regulations for their approval before the Town can give any final approval to this application. Enclosed is a receipt for your fee of $25.00 paid with this application and we are holding the entire file until such time as you submit a deed or other evidence of satisfactory agreement from Suffolk County for the use or purchase of that parcel lying between the road and your property.
