It was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board does not recommend to the Southold Town Board the change of zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B" Business District on the above described property. It is the opinion of the Southold Town Planning Board that the proposed density per acre is too high. Respectfully submitted, John Wickham, Chairman Southold Town Planning Board JW/bn ~]FF ALBERT W. Excavation, installation and connections 12,000. Leachingpools and piping 8,000. Engineering - Plans & Specifications 5.000. TOTAL . . o · . o . o · · · · · · · · · $55,000. The housing requirement would approximate 2,000 square feet. Supervision of the operation of the plant would be required by a licensed sewage treatment plant operator. We would expect that suitable arranKements could be made with a nearby plant operation (Riverbead or Greenport) to provide the supervision of your resident superintendent until such time as he could attend the operator's school and obtain his license, Thank you for the opportunity of presentin~ this proposal, Very tr~y yours, HOL23fACHER, McLENDON& 8C./.b /93 CASE NO.: ..............
