ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements therm erected, situate,
lying and being NEU at Nattituck, in the Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument in the southerty side of a certain right of way, distant 60.58 feet on a
course South M 25' Vest from the northweaterLy corner of a certain Lend conveyed by Leone 0.
Nowell and his vile to Fred M. ,ones by dead dated April 15, 1926;
RUNNING THENCE South 9' 16' 20" Vest along the Last mentioned land a distance of 176.00 feet to the
ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay;
THENCE Southwesterly along the ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay a tie line courses and
distances of South 820 51' 30" Vest 46.% feet to land tow or formerly of Crowe;
THENCE North B° 54' 30" East along Last mentioned Land a distance of 170 feet to a rawment set in
the Southerly side of a 30 foot right of way;
THENCE North TV 35' 40" East along the Southerly side of a 30 foot right of way a distance of 50.00
feet to a monument set at the point or place of BEGINNING.
