erected, situate, lying and being at Oregon, near Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 40 on a certain map
entitled "Map of Subdivision of Saltaire Estates, Town of Southold, at Mattituck, Suffolk
County, New York", dated 3-22-66 and fled in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August
3, 1966 as Map No. 4682.
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Wavecrest Lane, distant 511.67 feet
easterly from the easterly end of a curve at the corner formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Wavecrest Lane with the easterly side of Reeve Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Wavecrest Lane, North 73 degrees 0
minutes 30 seconds East, 106,00 feet to a point;
