As the architect involved with the demolition of the existing residence at 9180 Nassau
Point Road, Cutchogue, I can say that no asbestos or lead was observed in the structure.
If during the course of demolition, any asbestos or lead is discovered it will be removed
and legally disposed of. All work will be performed by licensed Coastal Contractors.
