WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of No Dollars and No Cents
($0.00)and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever;
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected,situate,lying and being at Orient,Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known as and designated as and by Lot No.22 as shown on a certain Map entitled,"Map of Hill Crest
Estates,Section 1",and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 15, 1983 as Map No.
7218 which said Lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the easterly side of Hill Crest Drive distant 188.38 feet southerly
from the southerly end of a curve which connects the easterly side of Hill Crest Drive with the southerly
side of Hill Crest Drive North;
RUNNING THENCE North 64 degrees 01 minutes 46 seconds East 252.99 feet to a monument set;
RUNNING THENCE South 51 degrees 58 minutes East 107,72 feet to a monument set;
RUNNING THENCE South 47 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds West 293.66 feet to the easterly side of
Hill Crest Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Hill Crest Drive the following two(2)courses and
distances:
1.North 42 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West 40.50 feet;
2.Along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 300.00 feet for a distance of
143.76 feet to the monument set at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in
and to said premises,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
