QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this Etday of February, 2025, between GEORGE

parry of the first part, and MARILYN PORTER MULLEN, 16 Cool Meadow Court,
Rosedale, Maryland, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the part of the first part, as a gift and without monetary
consideration paid by or on behalf the party of the second part,does hereby remise,
release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part and the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever an absolute 2%interest(being one half
of my entire interest)in and to all of the plots, pieces or parcels of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon described in Schedule A attached hereto.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in
and to any streets and road abutting the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances thereto.

second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the
same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the
